Collection: PRE- ORDERS

Pre-Orders are custom and exclusive prints.

Please keep in mind, colors can vary slightly depending on the brightness or settings on your phone, tablet or computer screen. We do our best to provide the best quality pictures to show all of the features.

Pre-Orders typically take up to 8-10 weeks and must be paid for when you place your order during the allotted Pre-Order time frame.

If you decide to participate in a Pre-Order and purchase in stock inventory at the same time, your order will not ship until your Pre-Order is available.

If you would like your in stock items to ship before your Pre-Order is available, please make two separate orders.

Once you place your Pre-Order, you will receive updates on the creation status and arrival shipment status to Laces and Lilies.

You will then receive your tracking information. Pre-Orders can not be changed or canceled, are not refundable and can not be exchanged.

Klarna, AfterPay and Sezzle is NOT available for Pre-Orders ! If you pay with any of these services for Pre-Orders, your order will be cancelled and refunded. Due to the nature of time it takes to make the customized shoe and ship it, it will be outside of the shipping window allowed for payment with Klarna, AfterPay and Sezzle.
